We have an incredible collection of animals living "with us". I have said to Sharon on far too many occasions that it seems so odd to share the properties with "Beasties" of various sizes.

It can be late at night, when reading and you look up to find a deer just outside the window checking your reading habits. The range of animals seems immense for those of us who used to reside in the city. It runs the gamut from shrew, mice, squirrel, racoon, otter, deer, over 40 species of birds from nuthatch to owls, hawks, eagle and falcons, seals, sea lions and occasional sightings of Grey Whales, Orcas and Dolphins - all seen from, or on the property!

All the photos in this series were taken from or on the property, usually shot through the window, as I sat relaxing enjoying the view.
